1.奖学金生来华后原则上不得变更专业、转学和延长学习期限。
In principle, the Chinese government
scholarship students cannot change his major, transfer to another university or
prolong his length of
study.
2.有特殊情况需要变更专业、转学和延长学习期限者，须经本国留学生派遣部门向留学基金委提出申请，由留学基金委统一安排。
On
special condition, the institution who sends this student should apply to China
Scholarship Council.
3.未经批准而自行变更专业、转学或延长学习期限者，将被取消享受奖学金的资格。
Those who
change his major, transfer to another university, or prolong his length of study
will be deprived of the rights to enjoy the scholarship.
