1.学生证 Student ID
card
留学生注册后将发给华南师范大学学生证。本科生的学生证由院系统一办理。如果遗失，请院系本科生教务科负责补办。研究生的学生证由学校研究生院发放（国际交流合作处或有关院系代办）。语言留学生在本校学习三个月以上者，可发给学生证证明其身份。办理学生证时，需交一寸照片2张，并在照片上写上名字、年龄及国别。丢失时，需交50元人民币重新办理。普通进修生、高级进修生和研究学者的学生证，由院系或国际交流合作处办理。语言生由国际文化学院办理。
学生证是留学生重要的身份证明，要随身携带，不可转借。如果丢失，一定要及时补办。
The
university will issue a student ID card to the student who has registered. The
student ID cards for the undergraduates are issued by the school where the
student studies. The student ID cards for the graduates are issued by the School
of Graduate. The student card for the language students is issued by the College
of International Culture. Any student who lost their student ID card should
report to the school concerned and apply for a new one. You should hand in two
one-inch photos and write down your name, your age and your nationality on the
back of the photos and you have to pay for the fee for the
card.
2.在学证明 Certificate of
study
学校可以提供中文或英文的在学证明，本科生请到教务处办理，研究生请到研究生处办理，普通进修生、高级进修生和研究学者请到国际交流合作处留学生办公室办理，语言生在国际文化学院办理。办理时间一般需要5个工作日。
The
university can provide a certificate of study either in Chinese or in English to
students if needed. The undergraduate student can apply for this certificate to
the Teaching Affairs Office of the university. The graduates can apply to the
School of Graduate for it. Visiting scholars and visiting researchers can apply
to the Foreign Affairs Office. Language students can apply to the College of
International Culture. It usually takes five working days.
3.成绩单
Transcript of
Studies
留学生毕业、结业时学校将提供一份总成绩单，研究生和本科生分别到所在院系教务员处办理。
进修生如需要成绩单，请与国际交流合作处留学生办公室联系，语言生由国际文化学院办理。
Upon
completion of studies, a transcript of studies will be issued to the student
when needed. The school concerned will issue this to the graduate and
undergraduate students. The College of International Culture will issue it to
the language students. Student for advanced studies can contact the Foreign
Affairs Office
4.借书证 Library
Cards
本科生、研究生办理借书证在就读院系统一办理，进修生的借书证由国际交流合作处留学生办公室协助办理。办证时需带上学生证和一张证件照，到图书馆证卡办公室办理，并规定交纳押金和工本费。如丢失借书证，请及时到图书馆挂失，以免被他人冒用。留学生毕业、结业离校时，应到图书馆证卡办公室办理退还借书证手续，领回押金。
Graduate
and undergraduate students can apply for the library cards to the school where
they study. The students for advanced studies can apply to the Foreign Affairs
Office. The language students can apply to the College of International Culture.
The students should provide their student ID cards and a photo and pay for the
deposit and some fees. Students who have lost their library card should report
to the library as soon as possible just in case that the library card is used by
others. Upon completion of their studies, students should return the library
card to the library office and get back the deposit.
5. 饭卡 Meal Cards
留学生到学生食堂就餐，需要办理就餐卡，办卡时须持交学费的收据或国际交流合作处的证明。如不慎丢失饭卡，请立即到办卡处挂失。
（注：交换生离校时应把饭卡交回国际交流合作处留学生办公室。）
Students who want to apply
for a meal card should go to the canteen office and present the receipt of their
tuition fees. Report this to this office in case of the loss of the meal
card.
The exchange students should give the meal card back to the Foreign
Affairs Office.
