留学生校外住宿，必须及时向留学生办公室提出申请，签订《留学生校外住宿合同》，并提交合法校外住宿证明。
International students should apply to the International Student Affairs Office and sign the contract of housing off-campus if they want to live off-campus and submit a legal certificate of housing off-campus.
住在校外宾馆、校外公寓或其它学校留学生宿舍的同学，请提前办理《临时住宿登记表》。租住民房的同学，请在入住24小时之内与房主一起到辖地派出所办理《临时住宿登记表》。办理登记时，房主需携带户口簿、房产证、出租合同和身份证，留学生本人应携带护照。
Students who live off-campus should fill in the Temporary Housing Form. Those who rent an apartment from a landlord should go with the landlord to the local police station to fill in the Temporary Housing Form. The landlord should bring his certificate of Residence, certificate of housing, contract for the renting of the apartment and his ID card. The student should bring his passport.
改变住址或者原有《临时住宿登记表》已到期的同学，请及时办理新的校外住宿证明，并向留学生办公室出示新的住宿证明和联系电话。
When the student has a new address or when the Temporary Housing Form has expired, he should report the new address and contact phone number to the International Student Affairs’ Office.
办理《临时住宿登记表》后曾经离开中国（包括去香港、澳门、台湾）的同学回到原住址后必须重新办理住宿登记。
Those who leave Mainland China for a while should renew his Temporary Housing Form.
签证延长或更新后，请在24小时内持护照到辖地派出所更新《临时住宿登记表》，否则将被处以罚款。
