为满足国际社会对日益增长的中文教育类人才的需求，促进世界各国中文教育的发展，助力国际中文教育人才的成长，教育部中外语言交流合作中心（以下简称“中心”）设立国际中文教师奖学金，聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师。
根据中心发布的《国际中文教师奖学金申请办法（2023年）》及相关文件要求，公布《华南师范大学2023年国际中文教师申请办法》如下。孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂，部分汉语考试考点，外国相关教育机构、高校中文师范专业/中文院系、国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外使（领）馆等可推荐优秀学生和在职中文教师到华南师范大学学习和进修国际中文教育及相关专业。
To meet the growing international demand for Chinese language teachers, facilitate Chinese language education around the world, and support the professional development of Chinese language teachers, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) has established the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the Scholarship) for eligible Chinese language teachers outside of China. Confucius Institutes, independent Confucius Classrooms, selected HSK test centers, foreign educational institutions, Chinese language teacher training programs/Chinese departments at foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language teaching, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (hereinafter collectively referred to as Recommending Institutions) may recommend outstanding students and in-service Chinese language teachers to further their studies in international Chinese language education and related programs at South China Normal University.
资助对象
1. 非中国籍人士，身心健康，品学兼优；
2. 对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度；
3. 年龄一般在16至35周岁之间（统一以2023年9月1日计）。在职中文教师放宽至45周岁,本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25周岁。
4. 已获2023年各类国际中文教师奖学金证书的“汉语桥”优胜者。
5. 有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作。
Eligibility
● Be a non-Chinese citizen, in good physical and mental health, in good academic and behavioral standing.
● Should be friendly to China, have no criminal record, and abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the university.
● Be aged between 16 and 35 years on September 1, 2023. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45, but those who apply for a scholarship for a Bachelor’s degree shall be younger than 25 under most circumstances.
● Be Chinese Bridge winners who have been awarded the 2023 “the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate”.
● Be interested in Chinese language education and related work.

国际中文教育专业博士研究生 Scholarship for Doctor’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education
| ● 资助期限：4年 ● 入学时间：2023年9月 ● 具有硕士学历，硕士专业为对外汉语、语言学、国际中文教育或教育相关专业。 ● 汉语考试成绩达到HSK（六级）200分，HSKK（高级）60分。 ● 提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议或相关证明者优先。 ● 在职中文教师可提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，免提交汉语水平考试（HSK）证书。 ● Maximum program duration: 4 academic years ● Enrollment time: September 2023 ● Hold a Master’s degree in teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, Linguistics, International Chinese Language Education, or education-related disciplines. ● Have a minimum score of 200 on the HSK Test (Level 6), and 60 on the HSKK test (Advanced Level) ● Priority will be given to applicants who may provide an employment contract with a teaching institution upon completing their studies in China or proof to the same effect. ● In-service Chinese language teachers may be exempted from HSK/HSKK certificates if they provide proof of employment and a letter of recommendation from the employer. |

四周研修生 Scholarship for Four-Week Study Program | ● 资助期限：4周 ● 入学时间：2023年月 7 月 ● 不录取护照上有X1、X2签证者 ● 汉语研修、太极文化、汉语言+中国家庭体验 具有 HSK 成绩。由推荐单位组团进行报名，并事先联系接收院校确定在华学习计划，提前报中心审批，每团 10-15 人。 ● Program duration: 4 weeks ● Enrollment time: July 2023 ● Not eligible for applicants holding X1 or X2 visa. ● Requirement for programs(Chinese Language plus Home-stay Experience in a Chinese Family, Chinese Language Study & Taiji) ●HSK Test score is required. Organized and applied for by a Recommending Institution with 10-15 participants per group. 申请流程
2023年3月1日起，申请者可登录中外语言交流合作中心国际中文教师奖学金板块申请（http://cis.chinese.cn/account/login）。
登录奖学金网站，查询推荐机构与接收院校，第一志愿选择“华南师范大学”,在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；奖学金获得者与接收院校确认办理来华留学手续，在线打印获奖证书；按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。
申请人须同时登录华南师范大学国际学生在线管理服务系统 (http://istudy.scnu.edu.cn) 在线提交申请。
Application Procedure
Online registration will be available from March 1, 2023 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website（http://cis.chinese.cn/account/login）.
You may search for Recommending Institutions and Host Institutions, choose South China Normal University as your first choice, submit application materials online, track the application process. Scholarship winners must confirm with SCNU to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out scholarship certificate online, and register at SCNU website (http://istudy.scnu.edu.cn) at the same time.
申请截止日期（以北京时间为准）
1. 4月15日（2023年7月入学申请者）
2. 5月15日（2023年9月入学申请者）
3. 11月15日（2024年3月入学申请者）
中心委托专家集中评审：根据HSK、HSKK考分和级别，兼顾国别等因素择优资助，于入学前3个月完成奖学金评审工作，公布评审结果。
Application Deadline(Beijing Time)
1. April 15th (for programmes commencing in July 2023)
2. May 15th (for programmes commencing in September 2023)
3. November 15th (for programmes commencing in March 2024)
CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be based on HSK and HSKK levels and scores, geographical distribution, and other factors. The results will be published about three months before the program starts.
申请材料
1. 与所有申请者有关的证明材料
1）护照照片页扫描件。
2）HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。汉语桥获奖者需提供在各类汉语桥比赛中获得2023年度“国际中文教师学金证书”扫描件。
3）推荐机构负责人签发的推荐信，在职汉语教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。
2．与学历生有关的证明材料
4）提供最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单。
5）国际中文教育专业硕士须提供两名副教授以上职称导师的推荐信。提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议者优先资助。
6）国际中文教育专业博士须提供两封相关专业领域内的副教授(含)以上或具有相当专业技术职称专家的推荐信。提供中文个人陈述（含对报考学科专业的认识、拟定研究计划，3000字左右)。提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议或相关证明者优先。
3.未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。
4.申请者还须提供我校要求的其他证明材料。
Application Documents
A. For all applicants
a) A scanned copy of the passport photo page.
b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK, HSKK tests(within two-year validity). Winners of the finals of the “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competitions may submit the award certificate and the 2023 “the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate”.
c) A Reference letter by the head of the Recommending Institutions.
B. For degree program applicants
d) A certificate of the highest diploma (or proof of expected graduation), and an official transcript.
e) Applicants of the Scholarship for a Master`s Degree in International Chinese language education are required to provide 2 reference letters from professors or associate professors. Priority will be given to applicants who may provide an employment contract with a teaching institution upon completing their studies in China.
f) Applicants of the Scholarship for a Doctor’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education are required to provide two reference letters from professors or associate professors or experts with equivalent professional titles in relevant fields and a 3,000-word personal statement written in Chinese (including knowledge of the intended area of study and research proposal). Priority will be given to applicants who may provide an employment contract with a teaching institution upon completing their studies in China or proof to the same effect.
C. Applicants under 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.
D. Applicants shall provide additional documents as required by the Host Institutions.

在各类汉语桥比赛中获得2023年度“国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向华南师范大学提交申请材料。

其它
1. 申请材料不完整或不符合招生条件的，概不受理。
2. 申请材料弄虚作假或非本人填写提交的，一经查实，申请资格将被取消。
3. 入学体检不合格、中途退学、及未经许可不按时报到、休学等情况，取消奖学金资格。
4. 学历生须参加年度评审，详见《国际中文教师奖学金年度评审办法》。
Other
1. Incomplete or unqualified applications will not be accepted.
2. Applicants will be disqualified from application in case of the fact that application materials are found fraudulent or application materials are completed and submitted by someone else.
3. Students who fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from school before completing the program, fail to register at the university without prior permission, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for the scholarship.
4. Degree students are subject to the annual assessment according to the Annual Assessment Procedures of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship.
